战略概述
The work of the Division for Institutional 规划, 评价 and Monitoring (DIPEM) encompasses important activities in support of the strategic, institutional and enrolment planning processes of the University. Much of the data, analyses and reports it produces appear in the University’s Annual Report.
The work of DIPEM is organised into three functional areas: 规划, 监测和评估, 机构研究, 如下图所示.
规划
规划 includes contributing to the development of five-yearly and annual strategic plans for PG电子游戏官方网站, and annual university performance plans. 招生 planning is core to its mission.
评价
评价 and monitoring includes monitoring and reporting on the University’s performance against its strategic and annual plans, for the oversight of Council and for onward reporting to the DHET.
制度研究
制度研究 includes the proactive and reactive investigation through diverse methods such as surveys and data-based analyses of issues germane to the performance of the university overall.
